To receive a Holiday Voucher:
 
1. To receive the Holiday Voucher you must spend £25 or more in one transcation.  
2. You must also have entered the promotional code so we can identify your order. This code is entered when you get to the online basket.
3. No retrospective offers on previous orders will be given.

Terms for the Holiday Voucher: 

1. The voucher represents a £100 saving from any of the Bales Holidays, Beachcomber, Belle Air,Virgin Holidays, Thomson Holidays, Premier Holidays, Hayes and Jarvis, Funway, Cyplon Holidays, 1 st Class Holidays, Thomas Cook, Thomson Faraway, Inghams, Jetlife, Jet2 Holidays, Insight Vacations, Kuoni, Planet Holidays, Sardutours, Sunset Faraway & Shores Holidays.

2. The voucher can be used in addition to any discounts or offers advertised in the above brochures e.g. Free Child Places. This voucher cannot be combined with any other non-standard discounts in the above brochures.

3.  At least two adults must travel for a minimum of seven nights including flights and accommodation.

4.  The voucher represents a saving off the total holiday price excluding any deposit, payment of which must be made at the time of booking. The voucher may not be used for deposit, insurance and/or ancillary products.

5.  Only one voucher may be used per booking. Bookings must be made within 12 months of the ‘valid from’ date.

6.  The voucher can only be redeemed against holidays featured in the above brochures. This voucher can only be redeemed against holidays travelling outside 12 weeks of departure.

7.  Holidays are subject to availability and subject to Top Class Travel standard booking conditions.

8. You must have travel insurance and may be required to send a copy of your policy when sending the voucher to us.

9.  A lost voucher will not be replaced and proof of posting will not constitute proof of receipt by us. The voucher should be sent by a secure form of delivery.

10. Discount will only be given and validated once Top Class Travel receives the original voucher. Amended, defaced, damaged or non-genuine printed vouchers are invalid. Top Class Travel reserves the right to refuse to honour a voucher if it has reason to suspect that it is fraudulent or invalid for any reason.

11.   The voucher cannot be redeemed as part of any relevant cancellation charges. Any holiday that is subsequently cancelled is subject to Tour Operators normal cancellation terms and conditions.

12.   The cash redemption value of this holiday voucher is 0.001p. Vouchers may not be sold for value.

13.   The voucher may only be used by UK residents aged 18 or over.

14.   The voucher cannot be used by any Top Class Travel employee.

15.   Top Class Travel full terms and conditions apply. A booking fee of 2% applies to all credit card transactions.

16.   Top Class Travel, ABTA A9769, acts at all times as agents for the relevant tour operator.
